Back By Popular Demand- Our New Yoga Class Schedule Is Now On The Books!
By stretching and breathing, yoga can help strengthen your muscles, tendons, heart, and even your vascular structure. Regular practice can also improve blood pressure, mood, and digestion. It improves your health from head to toe, inside and out.
When: March 2 for 6 weeks on Thursdays at 4:30. Class length is 1 hour.
Cost: $60 for all 6 weeks or $12 drop-in.

Who: Anyone can join for all or one, public and staff!
These classes accommodate anyone who has no experience to some experience and is catered to those who may need help getting into poses or those who are further along or wanting to improve their poses and habits. Don’t be shy, this is a fun class and a great way to expand or start your yoga health.
Class instructor: Jessie Ivankovich. Jessie has been teaching yoga for almost 10 years. She’s taught private and group studio, and is versed in specialized medical conditions.
